Terminos de Servicio
Estos Terminos de Servicio regulan el acceso y uso de Shitsumon, incluyendo sus aplicaciones moviles, partidas, rankings, tienda, funciones sociales y cualquier servicio relacionado operado por Shitsumon. Al crear una cuenta o usar el servicio, aceptas estos terminos.
1. Aceptacion y edad minima
Al instalar, registrarte o usar Shitsumon, declaras haber leido y aceptado estos terminos. Si no estas de acuerdo con ellos, no debes usar el servicio. Debes tener al menos 13 años para usar Shitsumon. Si eres menor de edad segun la ley de tu pais, ademas necesitas la autorizacion de tu padre, madre o tutor legal.
2. Temporadas y evolucion del servicio
Shitsumon es un juego en evolucion organizado en temporadas; la actual es la pretemporada. Esto significa que:
- La disponibilidad del servicio no esta garantizada: puede haber interrupciones, mantenimientos, errores o cambios sin previo aviso.
- Las funciones, reglas de juego, economia y contenido pueden cambiar, agregarse o eliminarse en cualquier momento.
- Las posiciones del ranking se reinician al cierre de cada temporada.
- Nos reservamos el derecho de resetear, ajustar o borrar el progreso, la moneda virtual, los objetos, las estadisticas y los rankings durante la pretemporada, cuando sea razonablemente necesario por motivos tecnicos, de balance o de integridad del juego.
3. Cuenta
- Eres responsable de la actividad realizada desde tu cuenta y de mantener seguras tus credenciales de acceso.
- La cuenta es personal e intransferible; no puedes venderla, cederla ni compartirla con fines de eludir estas reglas.
- Podemos suspender o terminar cuentas que incumplan estos terminos, abusen del servicio, perjudiquen a otros jugadores o comprometan la integridad del juego. Cuando sea razonable, intentaremos avisar antes de aplicar medidas definitivas.
- Puedes solicitar la eliminacion de tu cuenta en cualquier momento siguiendo el proceso descrito en la pagina de eliminacion de cuenta.
4. Moneda virtual y compras
- Shitsumon incluye moneda y objetos virtuales (por ejemplo, Ryo, tickets y cosmeticos). No son dinero real, no tienen valor fuera del juego y no son canjeables por dinero.
- Las compras se procesan a traves de las tiendas de aplicaciones (Apple App Store, Google Play) y de RevenueCat; se rigen tambien por los terminos de esas plataformas.
- La moneda virtual y las compras no son reembolsables, salvo que la ley aplicable o las politicas de la tienda correspondiente exijan lo contrario.
- Recibes una licencia limitada, revocable y no transferible para usar la moneda y los objetos virtuales dentro del juego; no adquieres propiedad sobre ellos.
5. Conducta y fair play
Para mantener un juego justo, esta prohibido:
- Explotar bugs, errores o comportamientos no previstos para obtener ventajas; los errores deben reportarse al equipo.
- Usar bots, scripts, automatizacion, cuentas multiples coordinadas o cualquier forma de manipulacion de partidas, rankings o recompensas.
- Acosar, amenazar, suplantar o discriminar a otros jugadores, o usar nombres y contenidos ofensivos.
- Interferir con la operacion tecnica del servicio, incluyendo ingenieria inversa, acceso no autorizado o ataques a la infraestructura.
Nos reservamos el derecho de aplicar sanciones proporcionales, incluyendo advertencias, retiro de recompensas, ajustes de ranking, suspension temporal o terminacion de la cuenta.
6. Propiedad intelectual
La aplicacion Shitsumon, su codigo, diseño, personajes propios (incluida la mascota Shitsu), ilustraciones, musica, textos y demas assets son propiedad de Shitsumon o de sus licenciantes, y estan protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual.
Los nombres, titulos, personajes y demas referencias a obras de anime que aparecen en las preguntas de trivia pertenecen a sus respectivos dueños y titulares de derechos. Se utilizan unicamente con fines referenciales e informativos dentro del contexto de preguntas de trivia. Shitsumon no esta afiliado, patrocinado ni respaldado por dichos titulares.
7. Limitacion de responsabilidad
El servicio se ofrece "tal cual" ("as is") y "segun disponibilidad", sin garantias de ningun tipo, expresas o implicitas, en la maxima medida permitida por la ley. Shitsumon no sera responsable por perdidas de progreso, moneda virtual, datos o beneficios derivadas del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del servicio, salvo en los casos en que la ley aplicable no permita excluir esa responsabilidad.
8. Modificaciones de estos terminos
Podemos actualizar estos terminos cuando el producto o la normativa lo requieran. La version vigente estara siempre publicada en esta URL con su fecha de vigencia. Si el cambio es sustancial, procuraremos anunciarlo por medios razonables (por ejemplo, dentro de la app). El uso continuado del servicio tras la publicacion de cambios constituye aceptacion de los nuevos terminos.
9. Ley aplicable y contacto
Estos terminos se rigen por las leyes de la Republica de Chile, sin perjuicio de las protecciones imperativas que otorgue la ley del pais de residencia del usuario. Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Shitsumon, including its mobile applications, matches, rankings, shop, social features, and any related services operated by Shitsumon. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance and minimum age
By installing, registering, or using Shitsumon, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Shitsumon. If you are a minor under the laws of your country, you also need the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Seasons and an evolving service
Shitsumon is an evolving game organized in seasons; the current one is the preseason. This means that:
- Service availability is not guaranteed: there may be interruptions, maintenance windows, errors, or changes without prior notice.
- Features, game rules, in-game economy, and content may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
- Ranking positions reset when each season closes.
- We reserve the right to reset, adjust, or delete progress, virtual currency, items, statistics, and rankings during the preseason when reasonably necessary for technical, balancing, or game-integrity reasons.
3. Account
- You are responsible for all activity performed from your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- Accounts are personal and non-transferable; you may not sell, assign, or share them to circumvent these rules.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, harm other players, or compromise the integrity of the game. Where reasonable, we will try to give notice before applying permanent measures.
- You may request deletion of your account at any time following the process described on the account-deletion page.
4. Virtual currency and purchases
- Shitsumon includes virtual currency and items (for example, Ryo, tickets, and cosmetics). They are not real money, have no value outside the game, and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Purchases are processed through the app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) and RevenueCat, and are also subject to those platforms' terms.
- Virtual currency and purchases are non-refundable, except where applicable law or the relevant store's policies require otherwise.
- You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use virtual currency and items within the game; you do not acquire ownership of them.
5. Conduct and fair play
To keep the game fair, the following is prohibited:
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or unintended behavior to gain an advantage; issues must be reported to the team instead.
- Using bots, scripts, automation, coordinated multiple accounts, or any form of manipulation of matches, rankings, or rewards.
- Harassing, threatening, impersonating, or discriminating against other players, or using offensive names or content.
- Interfering with the technical operation of the service, including reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or attacks on the infrastructure.
We reserve the right to apply proportionate sanctions, including warnings, removal of rewards, ranking adjustments, temporary suspension, or account termination.
6. Intellectual property
The Shitsumon application, its code, design, original characters (including the mascot Shitsu), artwork, music, texts, and other assets are the property of Shitsumon or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Names, titles, characters, and other references to anime works that appear in trivia questions belong to their respective owners and rights holders. They are used solely for referential and informational purposes within the context of trivia questions. Shitsumon is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those rights holders.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Shitsumon shall not be liable for losses of progress, virtual currency, data, or profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, except where applicable law does not allow such liability to be excluded.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the product or applicable regulations require it. The current version will always be published at this URL with its effective date. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to announce it (for example, within the app). Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, without prejudice to any mandatory protections granted by the laws of the user's country of residence.
